Record numbers of riders born in the Motor Valley at the OCTO GP San Marino - Rimini Riviera at the Misano World Circuit.

Not long now until the OCTO Grand Prix in San Marino and Rimini Riviera scheduled for the Misano World Circuit from Friday 7 to Sunday 9 September. To start off the events in the program, the Riders' Land Experience are preparing to color the stands the Misano World Circuit, while the drivers of the Motor Valley are preparing to get on the track from Friday onwards with the first free practice.

Also this year the San Marino GP and the Rimini Riviera will feature many riders born in the Motor Valley. There will be 10 representatives in all three GP categories: Andrea Dovizioso from Forlimpopoli fourth in the Moto GP world, Mattia Pasini and Stefano Manzi from Rimini and Federico Fuligni in Moto 2. In Moto 3 instead together with the leader of the ranking Marco Bezzecchi from Rimini we will find his fellow citizen Enea Bastianini, Nicolò Bulega from Montecchio Emilia, Andrea Migno and Niccolò Antonelli from Cattolica and the very young Kevin Zannoni who will participate as a wild card. Demonstration once again of the prolificity of this land in terms of talents baked in two wheels in these years.

The Riders' Land Experience program

In the meantime, the Riders' Land Experience program has begun, with events that will accompany the OCTO Grand Prix of San Marino and the Riviera of Rimini until Sunday 9 September. A unique offer in the world motoring context between official events and many others that have been spontaneously organized. Friday 7, in Misano from 6.00 pm at Arena 58 the "MotoGP Moped Race 2018 & Partners” will be held, with food stands and various exhibitors, as well as performances by Matti di Corinaldo, big shows and elaborate Ape races, and the Proto-Kart and Taxi Drift. Admission to the public is free.

World Classic Racing Bikes

World Classic Racing Bikes is a non-profit association that gathers over 250 Grand Prix motorcycles and collectors from all over Europe. MWC Hospitality Riviera will host the exhibition "The weapons of heroes": from Pasolini, Agostini, Saarinen to Troy Bayliss. A series of Italian motorcycles that can be admired in the area next to the paddock. Scheduled meetings with riders and technicians who have made these bikes great and iconic. The exhibition is connected to 'Renzo Pasolini, the Man, the Driver, the Legend, a local Hero' scheduled in Rimini. The two exhibitions will be merged from October 5 to 7, also on the Misano circuit, during the Misano Classic Weekend. The bikes present: Mv Agusta 500cc 3 cil 1970 driver Giacomo Agostini; Benelli 250cc 4 cil 1969 driver Renzo pasolini; Benelli 500cc 4 cil 1972 driver Jarno Saarinen; Paton 500cc 4 cil 2000 driver by Paolo Tessari; Aprilia 250cc 2 cyl 1993 driver Loris Reggiani; Cagiva 500cc V594 1994 driver John Kocinski; Gilera 500cc 4cil 1963 driver Benedicto Caldarella; Ducati Desmosedici MotoGP 2005 rider Loris Capirossi.
