Ducati Multistrada, 25 for the Bologna Local Police

On the morning of October 15, 2020, the official delivery ceremony of 25 Ducati Multistrada 950s took place at the Local Police Headquarters in Bologna, destined for the Road Safety Department - Motorcyclists Section.

The announcement launched last year was won by the Borgo Panigale motorcycle manufacturer, which thus renews its historical link with the Bolognese law enforcement agencies. The collaboration began in 1970 with the Mark 450 T; followed by 750 GTs in 1974, Pantah 660 TL in 1981, Monster 600 in 1995 and Multistrada 620 in 2006.

Ducati is committed to guaranteeing maximum technology and reliability to agents, in order to allow them to carry out any type of task in complete safety. The standard equipment of the 25 motorcycles was completed with a series of accessories that guarantee driving comfort and efficiency, including heated grips, dedicated engine guard, side cases with special accident prevention kit, internal bags for the equipment of the single agent and finally 3 LED flashing lights with carbon fiber support, two-tone sirens to move in traffic and Motorola radio equipment for communications, all managed by a central system with backlit waterproof push-button panel.

Ducati has guaranteed a complete maintenance service for the motorcycles and has created special graphics in the color and style to match the other police vehicles of the Emilian capital.
